As our way of saying thank you to those that have served, we participate in Vet Fran, the Veterans Transition Franchise Initiative.

With the cooperation of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, the Veterans Corporation, and the U.S. Small Business Administration, and with outreach initiatives to our country’s military and veteran organizations, the program continues to expand. More than 300 participating member companies have agreed to help qualified veterans acquire franchise businesses by providing financial incentives and discounts not otherwise available to other franchise investors.

Veterans get the “best deal” from these companies.

Showhomes offers veterans a $5,000 reduction in our initial franchise fee to military veterans who qualify for a Showhomes franchise. This one time fee reduces the initial franchise fee from $29,900 to $24,900 and lowers the low range of the initial investment from $43,800 to $38,800.
