The Recruiting Process

All good things have to start somewhere!

There are 5 simple steps in our recruiting process that lead you to franchise ownership:

Step 1: Request More Information – When you have researched us online and are interested enough to begin a conversation with us, filling out the form will move you to the next step, which is our initial webinar. We’ll be in touch with you shortly after you fill out the form and will schedule an appointment.

Step 2: Introductory Webinar – A Webinar is a web-presented power point slideshow that you can view while you talk to us on the phone. We have a 20-30 minute presentation followed by open Q&A. This is an orderly introduction to what we do, how we do it, and most importantly, what’s in it for you. You are welcome to invite guests or friends to the webinar.

Step 3: Receive our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) – After the webinar, we’ll send you a link to our franchise application and a non-disclosure agreement. Once you have completed these and faxed them back to us, we’ll send you an electronic copy of our FDD. You’ll need to sign, date and return the receipt page as soon as you get it.

Step 4: Talk to Franchisees, Field Visit and Research - This is by far the most important step in making a decision to purchase a Showhomes franchise. We don’t want you to take our word for it – we want you to talk to the other franchise owners yourself and get a feel for our community and our culture. Once you are past our disclosure step, we will notify our franchise owners that you may be contacting them. We’re confident that you’ll find they are exceedingly generous and open about what they do and how they do it. We recommend that you make a field visit to an franchisee without a sales person present. We know you’ll like what you see! This step concludes with a mutual evaluation where we each decide if the fit is right.

Step 5: Execute Agreements – When you sign and return the FDD receipt, a 14-day clock starts ticking. The FTC mandates a 2 week waiting period before you finalize your deal. We’ll deliver your completed agreements for the territory you selected and when you are ready, you sign contracts and start the next chapter of your life!

Building a Team

At Showhomes, we’re building a successful team one franchise owner at a time. We take the time to recruit people who want to be part of our group, who enjoy our culture and who love teamwork. Showhomes is a hustle business and is one of the most exciting franchises in the market today, and a critical part of our sales process is helping you make a good decision. When you purchase a franchise from us, we expect it will be the beginning of a rewarding relationship that will last decades.
