We are looking for new members for our winning team. Unlike a lot of franchise companies, Showhomes doesn’t do well unless you do well, and we want you to become a top producer. We want people who see themselves as potential top-producers and can’t wait to break our records.

Master’s Club
The pinnacle in our community is the Master’s Award, given each year to franchisees that gross over half a million in the previous year. Pictured at left are this year’s winners: Cindy Montgomery, who owns Showhomes Minneapolis, and Beth George, who owns Showhomes LA / Orange County.
We love to celebrate wins at Showhomes, and at our annual gathering we give out a range of awards to recognize a job well done. Our franchisees work hard and we are really proud of their efforts and success.

The information above shows annual revenues of franchisees in operation during the entire three year period ended July 31, 2010. There were 17 franchisees in operation during each of these three years operating in 21 Territories (8 of the 21 Territories are larger than our current standard Territory). The information above includes information from only 10 of those franchisees because the remaining 7 franchisees (41% of the 17 franchisees) were not in continuous full-time operation for the entire three year period ended July 31, 2010. The 10 franchisees operate in 13 Territories (or 62% of the 21 Territories in operation each of these three years).
