Bert Lyles, Showhomes CEO
What he does:
Bert oversees Showhomes making sure we continue our growth while providing real value for our franchise owners and customers.
What’s his background:
Bert has over two decades of real estate development and property management experience, and has renovated several large apartment complexes and turned struggling developments into top-tier performers. Extremely focused on adding value, Bert understands the importance of helping Showhomes customers illustrate the actual worth of their home.

Matt Kelton, Chief Operating Officer
What he does:
Matt oversees the franchise development efforts of Showhomes. When you begin your conversation with us about becoming a Showhomes franchise owner, you’ll be in constant contact with Matt.
What’s his background:
Matt has been in franchising for most of his adult life, owning a rent-a-center franchise and working on the management teams of several franchise companies.

Thomas Scott, Vice President, Operations, Training and Marketing
What he does:
As a member of the management team, partner in Showhomes and a former Showhomes franchisee, Thomas oversees the marketing, PR , social media, national accounts and training efforts.
What’s his background:
Thomas has a background as a photographer and entrepreneur doing relationship sales to Realtors. Thomas started out as a Showhomes franchisee, owned three Showhomes franchises and was a top-performer in the Showhomes system. Thomas has done every job in a Showhomes franchise and is an encyclopedia of all things Showhomes.

Lynn Chapman, Director of Operations, East
What she does:
Provides day-to-day operational support for Showhomes franchises in the eastern half of the US.
What’s her background:
Prior to joining the Showhomes operations team in late 2008, Lynn ran a top-performing Cookies by Design franchise in Chattanooga, TN, and then worked as an Operations Director for CBD for five years. Lynn brings a wealth of marketing, staffing, and business management experience to the table — from both the perspective of a franchise owner and from the operations side of the business.

Traci Hanzalik, Director of Operations, West
What she does:
Provides day-to-day operational support for Showhomes franchises in the western half of the US.
What’s her background:
A franchise operations professional with Chem-Dry carpet cleaning for more than 10 years, Traci joined the Showhomes operations team in 2009. She has tons of experience training and supporting all types of franchise owners from all walks of life and is expert in value added sales and customer service.

Phyllis Spencer, Executive Administrator
What she does:
Phyllis oversees the business and finance side of Showhomes. You’ll deal with her on your franchise agreements, when you setup your books and monthly when you have questions about reports.
What’s her background:
Phyllis has decades of real estate and business expereince. In addition to running her own real estate brokerage, she has managed all sizes of business and knows a lot about managing both businesses and people.

Christie Crawford, Executive Assistant
What she does:
Christie is the go-to person in the home office. She handles much of the admin and bookkeeping functions as well as assisting in just about every activity that takes place in the Nashville office.
