  • 1 week of classroom training in Nashville that covers the basics
  • Field training in a franchise so you can see how it is done and get your feet wet (expanding in 2010)
  • Online operations manual and document center that is keyword searchable so you can get answers when you need them (Launching in early 2010)
  • Post classroom training & weekly peer calls on progress, training, and accountability so you stay on track long after the classroom
  • Regional basic and advanced training sessions so your staff can get expert training
